I believe Marine Enamel is what you are looking for...

Marine enamel is good but $$$. I read on a boat building forum that regular exterior house paint works well. After all, your house is exposed to the elements 365 days a year. I can't say that I've tried it out but it makes sense to me.
good luck
Exterior Acrylic Latex, hands down! Scuff it up first and it will stick like shitte to a blanket. K
You're kind of looking at a tradeoff. Good, durable paints are glossy. Camo is matte. Matte paint isn't as durable... Are you looking for a paint to protect a new build or a boat that needs new paint, or just to camo it? In the latter case, one can get matte rattle-can spray paints from, e.g. Cabelas.
Surface prep as stated is the most important, no tooth, no stick!
Best boat paint I've ever used is Parkers, unfortunately you can't get it shipped across the border, and no canadian sellers. Could have it cabelas ship it to a depot across the line.
otherwise, good house paint with lots of cure time!
