2011 draw was June 21
2012 draw was June 24
2013 draw will be June 27 if you look at the trend.

Doesnt really matter as LEH is just gravy. Already got most of the season planned. From here on LEH is just a pleasant interruption.

Actually, it should be today or tomorrow. Based on your dates, but consider when the LEH cards had to be submitted:

2011 Draw submitted by May 20, draw done on June 21
2012 Draw submitted by May 25, draw done on June 24 (though I read that it was done on June 25).
2013 Draw submitted by May 24, based on trend, it should be released today!!
