If you trying to sell something in the "off topic" forum and it's a bump then yes it needs approval. That's the only forum that requires the approval for some strange reason.
I try to get in and approve that forum daily, but as it's bear season, things just don't happen in the woods that happen at home!!
Take a kid hunting its more rewarding than shooting an animal yourself!!
