Well, thought I would take advantage of the weather and get a quick hunt in before the next storm hit. The birds flew a little later today than usual, probably also taking advantage of the weather to feed up. Passed on alot of ducks today only taking drakes, except for one double that presented itself! Couldn't resist, I have been waiting to send the dog out for a double to see how he would do? He is only a year old and is really working out good, better than most of the older and more experienced dogs that I've hunted with!
Can't wait till the system passes through, I think I may be addicted to quack!!
