Went to the Bulkley, Skeena and Kitimat rivers this weekend salmon fishing. Biggest spring we reeled in was 30 pounds and smallest was 12. Sockeye are in the skeena fairly solid but didnt catch any, few pinks but not very thick yet.
Hooked into many Chum in the Kitimat- few pinks there but didnt fish hard for them. Biggest chum was bout 20 pounds. Headin back this weekend- hopefully hook into more and maybe catch a few pinks on the fly. My goal is to catch more then i lose this weekend~c wut happends...
anyone been salmon fishin lately in any rivers?? lemme know how it was.
