your 30-06 shoots funny bullets

you should try getting them in the magazine.!!!
Looks like a really nice grope...er, group you got there bsa. How far away from that wascally piece of plywood were you??
How do your tips stand up to that sort of pounding all the time? Hard on them?
Pardon my offering this unsolicited advice but, well here it is anyway. You may not need or want it but what the heck, it ups my post count.
Try getting an old jute or hemp potato sack from the local supermarket and asking that same supermarket to save you some of the shrink wrapping that comes on their pallets of produce and groceries.
Stuff that ole sack chock-a-block full. Stomp on it and stuff it some more. Secure the top and now you have a target that will not let the arrows to pass through and will stand up to a lot. Plus it's a bit easier on your arrows.
LMAO!!! Thanks for the laugh!!Originally Posted by Firebird

BowWalker, the arrows don't even hit the plywood, that piece of foam in front stops them before they get to the plywood.I bought that target at Walmart it worked pretty good until my shooting got better now i find the same hole consistently. That group was from in my backyard so the distance was a little less then 20 yards.
ok I see the foam target now. It looks like a paper target if you look real quick. Nice shooting for sure, it will only be a matter of time before you poke something with a stick
