    Fred Bear bows

Preamble: I know nothing about bows. Period.

Has anyone used or owned a Fred Bear bow? I have read enough threads to know that their are a lot of good bows out there and everybody has their preferences, but I would like your opinions on the Fred Bear Omni Pro.

    Thanks, John

I have a Bob Lee bow which I only use for fun not hunting. I gather you talk about a Fred Bear traditional bow. Or is it a Fred Bear Compound. They make both styles bows. Fred Bear is a very reputable company and in business for 40 years. That tells you something right there.

My sons looking to buy one from a friend and neither one of us know much about bows. I've heard of Fred Bear bows, but nothing about the quality, etc. John

Thanks for the offer Roy. If I can ever get my son to stand still for more than five minutes I'll talk to him and see what he wants to do about it.

Now that I think about it, he mentioned something about being interested in bowhunting when he came home from taking the CORE course from you.
