I went for a little drive this afternoon to do some scouting for bears and on my way down 2 BIG cougars ran right across the road in front of the truck almost like slow motion. Coolest thing ive ever seen. This was the first time ive seen a cougar in the wild let alone 2. Made my week for shure. They must have been feeding on a deer carcass that was on the opposit side of the road. Seeing cats that big will definitely make me a little bit more cautious when hunting alone

Saw one, from the comfort of the pick up, prowling along side Wilkinson creek outside Carmi/Beaverdell, such a beauty of an animal.
