Any message that is regarding something along the lines of your computer's security or anything which relates to your computer security I would suggest you should stay away from as 90% of the time its just a spam bot.

I'd make that 99.9% of the time - especially if you get it through a PM on here. TrueladyAdmin has been "wacked n stacked" as the saying goes.
