Who can fix Excalibur bolt inserts?

I have one or two old-style Excalibur carbon bolts that lost their inserts (apparently this is a common problem with them). I don't have any spare inserts, nor would I know how to properly install them if I did. Anyone know where in the Lower Mainland that I could get it done? I realize there are a few Excalibur dealers in the area, but I don't know if any do minor repair work like this.

Thanks Bow Walker I will give them a call and see what they say. At $10 each, it would be nice to fix them not chuck them!
