My Christmas Present!

Well this morning our family opened our presents and there was a huge box with my name on it. Couldn't figure out what it could be. And my mom and dad made sure it was the last one i'd open.

When I opened it I was like, , DECOYS!!! I guess santa really really knew what I wanted . I wanted these baaaaaad but never said much cause we already had deeks. And I have been checking them out on the internet for years and now here they are, sitting beside me! And it came with a bonus. A new Avery 12 slot bag.

They are GHG LS Mallards. They look awesome! A lot more realistic than the old Hot Buys. I spent 2 hours rigging them up this morning, then another 3 hours just starring at them. Probably my best christmas present yet! Can't wait to use em' tomorrow!!!

oh i remember the days thats all that was on my xmas list. still have a few of the originals ...carry lite widgeon. a couple of mallards too. in a few years it will switch from decoys and shotgun shells to gas and tires.

That's exactly right - in a couple of years it will be a girlfriend's Christmas list and getting his car repaired. Oh well, we're happy that Giovanni enjoys hunting as much as he does. One day he'll understand that there is more than just decoys, blinds and gadgets to worry about.
