Steak Fajitas
I've been eating a few of these lately and they're pretty damn good.
I bbq (or George Foreman grill) a steak, slice it up into biteable size chunks, then put them in a fajita. Grate cheddar cheese and a few spoonfuls of hot salsa and roll em up.
They're awesome and you can use your imagination and add tomatos, peppers, onions, etc
kinda look like this, but mine aren't near as fancy
