    An Afternoon Stroll

    I went out a few days back for an evening hunt with the bow. I took my friend with me who is just getting into bowhunting. We saw a couple and then split up for the last hour before dark. I saw 5 all inside of the last hour of light. All but one were spooked by the thunder crackleing from under my feet on the super dry ground. The last one spooked because I was talking on the radio to my friend. I think I will wait for the rains to soften things up. Steve.
    It's better to pass on a shot that you wish later you took, then to take a shot and wish later you didn't.

    yeah I think that will be your best bet...supposed to rain like crazy tomorrow...should be good for deer on the south island

    Hahahaha I was gonna say... We did go out and took a nice fork this weekend.
