    Going hunting for a chick moose.

    Hey yall, I have a LEH for an antlerless moose up at fort St. James. Starts this weekend. Will be my first moose, if I get one, so what I need to know is. How do I hunt COW moose effectively. Where are they, what do they do? What are they eating? Can you call them? Do any scents make sence? Any other tips or tricks? I have a 4x4 truck and dirtbike with packframe at my disposal. Oh ya, and a 300 win mag. Any help would be appriciated. Dave

    Find fresh tracks ,scats ,and willows and there are usually moose around.

    Pound areas everywhere till you find all ,you will then fill your tag.
