    Thumbs up Chuckar hunting!

Spent a few days chasing Chuckar last week and man what a tough bird to hunt. We hiked 10km plus everyday and felt like death warmed over every morning but what a game bird. We managed a limit the first day and 3 birds the next two, ran into our first rattle snake and averaged 2 coveys an hour. There were birds everywhere above us, below us, and never an easy shot, can't wait to get out after them agian!

Chas with our first three opening morning!

Tough to take a picture while running away with a 75lb dog in your arms

Congratulations, chuckar’s are indeed a challenging upland bird. Grouse and Pheasant are much easier. Nice dog too.
