Mission Forest Usage Survey

The District of Mission is soliciting input from potential users for changes to the forest usage strategies for the area west of Stave Lake.

I don't see hunting as one of the options listed on the survey, and I don't really know much about that area with respect to opportunities to do so. Nevertheless it might be a good idea to provide them with some feedback, if you're interested in the direction that this area takes.

This was posted, earlier in the summer, but if you've not sent them your input now is a good time.

There is some decent hunting to be had at the top of the road. It's a good place to take a kid for a quick day out. I've seen some real nice blacktails up there a few times.
