A new year .
For the last two weeks I have had to pull up the dogs a little bit closer. you can feel fall coming on. At this time of year a good book is just the ticket to bring you into the bird season. To my mind I could not enter this bird season without two or three books by Gene Hill.To my mind he one of the greatest writers of bird hunting of all time I have posted a new gun that I shot for the first time last light.After we came home and went over shot patterns I read one of his stories/ A Listening walk and other stories.If you by some chance find one of his books in a book store buy it you will not be disappionted
