Bear ham cure?

Anyone have a recipe for a bear ham cure? or a ham cure that would work well with bear?

i think im going to use a pepperoni and dinner sausage recipe from the Stuffers recipe book. Anyone tried the recipes from that book?

I've used a couple of their recipes and they were good but you have to take each recipe at its own merit and mostly what I do is look for the amount and type of spices in each recipe and decide whether to try it if it looks like it would suit the taste buds. I use mostly recipes from The Sausage-Making Cookbook and some through friends.
