Don't project that onto me!! The NDP is poison to hunting in this province, useless twatwaddles! That was a cut and paste from years past showing this has been an ongoing issue for years, IF there has to be an LEH introduced for a species then there should be ZERO tags available for sale unless the non resident has won a tag through the draw the same as resident hunters that pay taxes here and rely on the meat to fill their freezers!!

No more privileged access for those with the cold hard cash to buy hunts. Time to level the playing field.

You can thank the Christy Clark Liberals for giving everything to the Guides last year, I hope all the Hunters that voted them in are Happy with themselfs , I have tried to contact my MLA about it but no answer back as of yet .
I guarantee in region 6 the guide is not getting 40% of all the moose. You're missing a group that gets the majority of the allotment in your arguments. Not trying to stir the pot one bit just stating facts. Allotment is getting shifted. Ultimately though, the Bio's make a decision based on things they can control, and I stress the statement, things they can control...some areas are seeing big moose declines so take that into account and go hunt somewhere you don't need a LEH, thats the big issue as I see it, guys refuse to hunt anywhere but their back yard and they get upset when things change. My honey hole in my back yard doesn't produce many moose anymore, mostly due to fire and changing habitat, it used to be a 1:10 odd hunt, now its 1:40 even though there really aren't any moose there, guys still want to hunt it. I got the draw a few years ago and we only got 1 out of 2 moose. I don't put in for it anymore because there are better places with more numbers and lower odds. Im not afraid to travel, and you won't here me complain, I just adapt, but here you are crying poor me, Im poor and Im suffering so I want the guides quota. Talk to the guides, most of the hunters don't take the meat with them, Im sure if you had an honest conversation with him you could probably get moose meat from him. You're still talking about Christy Clark? Youre really reaching.

I'll keep repeating it till I'm blue in the face.... the indians need to report how many they shoot all year so the bios can get an actual count of what has been killed via "hunters", loose term in some cases. I can only assume the goverment has no balls to demand the indians keep track and give numbers, they certainly demand it from the licence/tag buying BC citizen.

System is massively flawed, soon Region 6 will have no moose hunting for those without a status card.

I remember once I bought in a august 16 moose into the butcher from 7:31, ahead of me on the list was a guy that brought in 3 moose from 7:24. The butcher just said "native".
No one on their death bed ever said; I should have spent more time at work.
