I'm not buying a moose tag if I don't get the LEH this year, $31 per year for 15 years of SFA is $465 . I've overpaid for a moose tag already, enough is enough, the guides get 25% of the allocations and we just get to pay for nothing.

Cougar tag is more expensive though. I have bought it every year except one. I did not see any cougar except in the year that I did not have the tag. A big tom jumped off from the tree that was above my head. He stopped at 40 less yard with broad side facing me.

That is correct — just use your BCeID to login as if you were buying a licence. You will see your credential status on the page, and if you need to update look for the Update Residency link. I just sent them a photo of my driver's licence.

I think we do that online correct ?

People who continue to see LEH as the only viable hunting option should have to buy everyone a beer. Use the GOS and BOS.

it is nice to have tags in the wallet all set to go instead of waiting for that 2nd bear tag and not being able to hunt while it is in the mail

In early spring, I buy 2 bears and one cougar. In the early September, I buy 2 mule, 2 whitetail, and probably one moose (if I get a LEH or want to do the spike/forked moose hunt).

May I ask what CREDENTIALS are you referring to? No dumb questions, right?
It is starting to be a little much, having to prove residency in BC. every time you purchase your hunting licence, passwords for everything a guy does, where does it all stop? Showing a driver's licence and PAL should be plenty.
I suppose we need more government bureaucracy up our a$es.
