Arken Optics Warranty

Has anybody had any experience with warranty claims for Arken Optics?

I purchased a scope last year for a 7prc hunting rifle and the screws in the turret cap continues to back out and I loose zero.

I found a "canadian" service email address on another forum but when I got a response it was from a completely different email address with a bunch of Chinese text associated with it.

Any assistance would be great as I'm not looking forwards to swapping scopes with spring bear season already begun.

Just a suggestion but you could go on gunpost and buy a reasonably priced leopold or vortex and be up and running.That would probably be faster than sending your scope in for warranty.

Thanks. I'm regretting not doing that originally but got sucked in by some of the youtube videos saying how great these scopes are.

I had to warranty one last year, there was weird Chinese writing in the emails I received from them as well, the place that imports them and distributes them is out of Richmond. When I dealt with mine, it would take them days to respond but they finally told me where to send it off, once I did I got no email or confirmation they ever received it or if they were even going to warranty mine, about a month later a new one showed up on my door step with no notification I was even getting it. I turned around and sold the new scope
