Of course they want to close more roads…..the entire north end of the elk and fording valleys are closed to motorized vehicles, yet our ungulate numbers aren’t getting any better…..but the wolf and grizz numbers are great.

What does your participation in step 1 have to do with step 2? Nothing. They do step 1 because it’s required, not because they care or want your input. Step 2 is the end goal, make no mistake about it.
