    Swans

Heard and saw a flock of Swans fly over yesterday heading North, wondering if this is a little early? Or do they start early and work their way north slowly?

We have swans here year round on Francois lake.
I saw the first robin a few days ago. Searching my dirt piles for something to eat.
The challenge of retirement is how to spend time without spending money.
The worst day slinging lead is still better than the best day working.
Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"

Swans are around most of the winter here in Kamloops as well. Lots of river and big lakes stay open all winter.

Swans come and go within 100 km of Prince George. As long as there's any open water. Crooked River north of town always has them. A guy was telling me, it has to be spring, he saw a duck on the river. But there's been ducks on the river in Prince George all winter ever since my dad came here in the 40s. Canada geese flying over in the morning, now that's what gets my blood pumping.
No one on their death bed ever said; I should have spent more time at work.
