If the CO didnt do anything wrong the suit would have no grounds it will get tossed... if theres grounds the CO will be sued personally as well as the Gov.

Any CO that breaches their code of ethics or misleads a judge should be FIRED. And fellow COS should support this

Hunters,trappers etc that break the laws/reg, lies etc should be banned for life as well.

Yes but without more info I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to the CO and not the convicted poacher/influencer who is clearly just upset that he got busted and has taken very little responsibility for his actions
