IMO no one on here should be supporting someone who has pleaded guilty to poaching. It really doesn't sound like a one off and he's trying to skirt the laws which only hurts our hunting community and the wildlife. I hope the CO stayed within his legal responsibilities. If he ends up costing the government $ in a lawsuit by his actions he should be fired.

If the CO didnt do anything wrong the suit would have no grounds it will get tossed... if theres grounds the CO will be sued personally as well as the Gov.
Any CO that breaches their code of ethics or misleads a judge should be FIRED. And fellow COS should support this
