You used THEY twice. The "COS" in the first sentence were not the same "Mitch" in the 2nd sentence, correct?

I remember reading about this guy awhile ago, and checking out some of his videos. Also his response to the whole situation.

Based on his behavior and attitude, I wouldn't put an ounce of trust in his allegations. He comes off as someone who never takes responsibility for their own actions, and tries to blame everyone else.

Agree with above..seems he is attempting to save face and likely for financial reasons deflect the blame from himself. If the CO did something wrong it'll come out..of course if he didn't then the media won't report again on it. Sorry but I have a tough time feeling sorry for a blatant poacher who is all about being a wannabe meateater ripoff with the sole purpose of financial gain. Not once did this guy take any responsibility. He only has himself to blame. Hos sponsors would of abandoned ship regardless as numerous people contacted them to advise of their support for a poacher.

Let the Legal Court view the actual evidence and then decide, the Court of Public Opinion is more often then not wrong ! Many usually Law abiding Hunters break unknowingly a Wildlife Law and dont get cought and I could immagine some COs lay charges becouse they have an Axt to grind with a particular Individual.

Years ago I was Camping outside Hunting Season with a PU Truck with Camper in the Truck Bed. That Evening a Black Bear showed up and was mosin arround, just would not leave. For safety sake I loadet a Gun (non in the Chamber) and hung it up in the Camper. Next morning while having Brakefeast in the Camper it hit me like a Lighning Bolt and I unloadet immediately that Gun. If a CO would have stopped by and demandet to see the Gun, its likely I would have gotten a Ticket for having a loadet Gun in a Vehicle. Man o Man one cannot be to careful.

You’re throwing up a false equivalent.
Your scenario, while foul of the law, would morally be justified by many, and can be chalked up to a lapse in judgement or slip of the mind.

The story about the CO being out to get him has not been proven to be factual.

    The facts are:
Michel Beaulieu and his wife are admitted poachers. His widely published response to the charges was “well I didn’t mean to do anything bad” - so not only is he a poacher, he’s a spineless moron too.
He lost his spot on WildTV because he’s an admitted poacher - period.
He lost his sponsorship deals because he’s an admitted poacher - period.
    Think, don't just have thoughts.

His lawsuit is not about whether he poached. He did. His lawsuit is about the CO malicously went after him. The misconducts by the CO will likely cost the province money, for which my tax dollars will be wasted.

There, Elker, I fixed it for you. Try not to let your mistrust of government cloud fact and fiction. Anyone can sue anyone; a concept that Michel is proving out. However, the validity of his claims (the claims of a poacher, I might add) will be tested in the courts.

Some folks are the authors of their own misfortune, Michel Beaulieu is one such person and I’ve got the worlds smallest violin playing for him.

Cannot disagree with you on that. They were the proferssional hunters and they did not buy a $20 black bear tag. I am a so so hunter with limited experience and time. However, each year I bought 2 black bears tags, two mulie, two whitie, one cougar. Most of the tag purchase became a donation, which was my intention.

Not sure what to make of this whole situation. On one hand, the guy broke the law, took the penalty, and should be able to move on. On the other, if the CO really did go out of their way to ruin his career, that’s crossing a line. The courts will have to figure out where the truth lies, but it does feel like some COs take things more personally than they should.

Speaking of legal issues, I had to convert some old audio recordings that were saved in VOC format for a case, and finding a reliable converter was a pain. Ended up using this VOC converter from https://www.movavi.com/audio-convert...converter.html, and it got the job done easily.
