Hey are the amazon ones your talkin about called "Hawkray" or "Hawkray Pro"
No
iZeeker and Usogood. iZeeker is $36 right now. They have newer models with 4K for $35 more. I also run a couple iZeeker solar and they are slow to charge, but they do work if you can get the cam in the sun for most of the day, other wise they function like the non solar. They take great photos, good video and they don't eat batteries. No complaints so far. The Usogood is $56 with batteries and an SD card. These cams also take a full size SD card; a lot of other cams take the micro SD card which is a PITA to deal with. Hawkray takes the micro cards.
Cheers

Sitkaspruce what model of izeeker are you using and where did you see them for $36?
The Rocky Mountains is the Marrow of the World
"Ain't this somethin'? I told my pap and mam I was going to be a mountain man; acted like they was gut-shot. "Make your life go here, son. Here's where the people is. Them mountains is for Indians and wild men." "Mother Gue", I says "the Rocky Mountains is the marrow of the world," and by God, I was right. Keep your nose in the wind and your eye along the skyline."
I have some iZeekers. I first had an IG200 - it was OK in the daylight, but not great a night. No-glow LEDs. It got wrecked by a bear and I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement case (which Bushnell did for me a few years previously), but they said still under warranty and sent me a new cam. I thought that was pretty great.
I did a 3 three star review of the IG200 on Amazon and iZeeker spotted it — I said that the night photos were worse than the 12 year-old Bushnells I had. They sent me an IG400 for free, which is a low-glow camera. It's a pretty good cam with much better night photos and easily equivalent to a much more expensive Browning. They wanted me to change the IG200 review, but I didn't. I did do a positive review of the IG400 though.
I think they are both discounted on Amazon right now.
Also, you can safely ignore the number of megapixels these (and most trail cameras) claims as there is no way the sensors are that good — the high resolution is software magic.
I have only run photos around the house and didn't have the issues 2chodi had. It is not the same illumination as my Browning and Bushnell's; with video, it works out to about 50-60'. They are not going to be good for running cams on big open areas, where you need the long illumination, but for the bush, game trails and cutlines, they work for what you pay for them. I will see if I can find some examples. I will also see if I can find a new model and buy it to compare.
Cheers
