    Another missing person Redfern lake

Another missing person 20 year old male on the Redfern Lake trail. Last seen on a Honda CR230 with a black osprey pack. Last seen October 7 he was heading in to fish. His mother is asking any hunters if they saw him around the lake. If anyone saw him please contact FSJ RCMP.

concerning with the recent cold snap and blizzard, hope he makes it home. I will post the picture once postimg is back up and running

How far is this from that other guy who went missing?

Redfern is about 300km north of where the other guy went missing. It's north of Pink Mountain.
Nasty trail this year, lots of mud and blowdowns... It was hard enough on four wheels, I wouldn't want to have tried it on two.

Not a trail I would want to attempt with a dirtbike let alone in October. I hope both of these people make it home to their families.

Scary stuff. I have a 18 yr old son and a 20yr old son, both think they can handle anything anytime. They have been proven wrong a time or two and the risky business continues. The oldest boy got ran off the mountain last year by a mother grizzly with 3 sub adult cubs. This all gives their mother and I some regular anxiety. The north can be a little harsh on human lives. Both boys have buried friends due to vehicle accidents. Be careful folks, carry an in reach or something.

CBC reports he was going for a solo 10 day trip, and last heard from on day 2. Sounds like bear or drowning to me. Hope I’m wrong.

I primarily hunt/hike solo and after a couple close calls in the past few years, am really considering changing that. Really disturbing to hear this stuff. Hope both are located
