    Monstreal steak spice, onions and either ev olive oil or avocado oil. Thats all you need in a hot pan. Period. If youve been hikin for any serious amount of time I guarantee you my left nut thatll be the best meal youve ever had. Even if you aint been hikin, do it.

    Yep. I will pack some extra spices, butter maybe shake & bake option possibly next time. Usually I got just salt/pepper/onions some veggies and oil to keep it simple. Went couple of times hiking for goats in few places over the years. Tagged once and will mainly go again as a helper from now on. Will grab my fly rod instead if there is a lake high up in the area. Tons of fun fishing with dry flies/alpine lakes as a side note. Went out last weekend to scout some area and brought a non hunter to tag along just to experience the outdoors, but saw very few grouse on the road for easy pickings compared to last year. Found most while walking about away from the roads. Maybe it was just weather related or "unlucky".
