    Cool Garlic

    Grow a lot of garlic around here.
    Finally getting to my version of a mix of granulated & garlic powder.

    It is very oily & spicy - just the way we like it!
    Makes a hell of a fine granulated / powdered product too.

    Great idea! I think I will try that, along with honey fermented garlic once my production gets up a bit more. I just recently (last fall) made a large and deep underground storage which turned out better than expected. Preserving one's own food production is the way to go. Thanks.
