Archery season in Alta and Sask question

Can anyone tell me if the archery only seasons in Alta and Sask include the use of a crossbow as a weapon option?
Or recurve,compound bows only?

Not sure about Alta but in Sask x-bows can only be used during firearm seasons(muzzleloader and rifle).
