Can't reset my password or email

Got a new phone and want to put this forum on it, can't seem to get my email to reset my password as I have forgotten it many years ago lol. Email address seems to be the correct one but not 100% sure

Same thing is happening to xfactor. Wonder if the admins have abandoned ship...

The problem is you’re more than likely using a gmail account and gmail isn’t letting emails from the website to be sent. I went through and tried to answer a pile of emails but they were bounced back because they were gmail emails.

Donny I just replied using my home email address have a look and get back to me.
