Looking for a boat launch to access the foreshore area off Ladner, Westham Island etc. that is open to launch and recover boat so that morning and evening flights can be hunted.

It's called Wellington Point Park, just past SM Fisheries on the right at 3653 River Road West shortly before the bridge to Westham.

Is that one open before dawn and after dusk? I thought it had a sign on the gate saying it wasn't... The one at the end of Ferry Road is definitely open round the clock, but it's a bit of a haul from the foreshore...

Wellington has never been closed any of the times I've used it and I usually launch about 1 hr before legal
