Meat Cutter near Valemount or McBride???

Does anyone know of a cutter around Valemount or McBride?

A fellow named Harold Hawkes used to cut in Valemount (near the auto wrecker), but I called and he is no longer doing it.

He mentioned a few names for McBride but didn't have contact info. Does anyone know these guys: Jim Chipka, or Mark Raw?

I had a look through the meat-cutter thread, and contacted Steeleco, but couldn't get any leads for the area.

Great idea (can't believe I didn't think of it). I did that after you suggested it, and found one butcher in McBride that does cut game meat. Robson Valley Custom Meats.

They said they could process a moose in 4-5 hours.
