I believe the property that is for sale is not the one that is accessible by quad. You have to hike or fly in. The blow down from all the beetle kill makes walking in those woods hellish to say the least.

You can quad in, if you know the route. Its called alpine resort i believe.
It's a tough route to find, we went in last summer and stumbled on it, the owners were up there and pretty nice, gorgeous area!
I like drinking beer and whiskey, shooting guns, jetboating, love a nice rack and a tight line, I am simply a sophisticated redneck...
Peter Saunders used to be the contact for the lodge.

if he doesn’t have the camp anymore he’ll know who does.
I'm trying to get in touch with Peter as I would like to stay there, if anyone has any contacts for the new owner then by all means!

The other weekend I was up that way so thought we would go in and check out Heller and Elbow, about 5kms before the landing they deactivated the road big time, for like 500 yards... wonder what gives as there is the resort up there and on top why are we getting restricted to the back country?
The shits to say the least as it was the starting point to get to Island Lake which hold big hog rainbows! I'll say that now as its 99% possible that no one would hike that in!

Some people probably just like to try and keep the goddam quads out. GD
