In northern tailand if you look around you can, if you head to Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam you can shoot pretty much anything you want, RPG, RPK, AK-47, Dragnovs, .50 cal machine guns... lots of fun and pretty cheap.

And for a bit extra you can blow up a buffalo wiht the RPG. Entertianing, but messy.
