    Placing Hunting in Perspective

The BCWF used to produce a 29 page publication for CORE instructor/examiners called "Placing Hunting in Perspective" fiction vs fact... dated December 2000. It was written and produced by the Wildlife Mgt. Institute with the Canadian content by Dr. Gary Mauser and Robert Paddon.

I know there are issues around copyrights etc., but it sure would be nice if something similar was available to help hunters "tell the story" why we hunt with a litany of positive facts and examples.

This is one way to get information to hunters, who can then better explain why we do what we do.

I scan the cover and tried to attach it here, but I can't get the thing attached

    Re: Placing Hunting in Perspective

I'm not up on facebook so maybe the BCWF can post something.

PS - an old school (and hunting) buddy of mine has a framed photo of himself (no selfie) with Charlton in Vietnam in the mid-60s when he was visiting the troops. Good grief that was long ago.
