Red Dot Question

Hey guys, me again.

I just bought a tasco red dot from reliable gun and tackle out in vancouver. I'm not sure if it's broken or not. When I look through it, the dot isent exactly a dot, it's kind of a flat dot. It's more flatish then roundish.

Is it broken or is it ok?

If the intensity is adjustable try turning it down and the dot will get more defined at least the one on my BSA red dot scope does. At high it is really big and messy looking but on low or med its quite a bit better.

oh ya, thanks, i tried that, definetly looks alot better, i had it on 12/12 lol.
