Thomson argues that the changes are fair, and will impact less than 200 animals.

Thomson should take his head out of his ass and look at the real problem. It's the not the number of animals, It's who gets to hunt them!

Video speaks fairly well for resident hunters although I'm not sure about the repetitive emphasise on "money grab". In the widest view it is a money grab by the GOABC however at the basic and most heartfelt level it is a loss of hunting opportunity for the resident hunters.
