    5-13 lots of moose

    Well I just got back from my moose hunt in 5-13A...what a great trip. In 2 1/2 days we saw 20 moose, 3 nice bulls and 2 did not get away. Pics to follow.

    fantastic!I was up there [stayed at Fishpotlake] the last week of september, we say 6 cows, but not a bull .Sounds like I was a couple of weeks early....

    NOPE!!! NO MOOSE HERE!!! Palmer must be confused, was probably in region 7, cause there is NO MOOSE HERE, none at all, wouldn't even bother coming up here if you're looking for moose!!

    Congrats on the bulls! Where abouts were you guys hunting, The southeast end of A out the 3000/Wentworth or the northwest chunk out by Michelle/Bazaeko? Can't wait to see the pics!

    The Bulls were both in the high 40's. The one we missed was even bigger and I guess a little smarter. We were hunting the top part of 5-13A...west of Quesnel...if you know that country.

    So that's where all the bulls went? Just spent a week in 5-1, snow came heavy and hard. Not one set of prints since the snow started. Next year Dam it Good for you guys. I won't cry till I see your picture's
    Take a kid hunting its more rewarding than shooting an animal yourself!!
