Get your mind out of the gutter!
I have a couple dozen old duck deeks ( floaters ) and the paints in real bad shape. Im thinking of painting them to look like snows. Do you think the size of them would be to small?
Also what would be a good paint to use?

They probably won't work 'the best', but it generally doesn't take much to fool a young snow goose (that was born in siberia and has never seen a human before)...that poor young bird has certainly never seen fake geese, let alone fake geese accompanied by a gun-wielding hunter who is gonna light up its ass!...besides, it's no secret that geese will decoy to MASSIVE (magnum) decoys (ie. their depth perception is crap), so although small decoys don't show as well, I'm pretty sure they'll work alright.
