I don’t think you will have any issues getting fuel in Alexis Creek on reserve. Sometimes the price is high, sometimes close to WL prices.

I think FATMAP was designed around backcountry skiing and has some great gradient features. I wouldn’t expect anything like that but it was useful

Yes, the quality of the maps you can download is decent, but not great. You can’t view or download 3d maps. That is really a game changer for route...

Some other apps have the 3d option with data connection but won’t let you save them for offline use

I think your only concern is if you make a poor shot and have to go after a wounded bear. So try to make sure you are as close to 100% on a double...
