i know if you go accross quesnel lake between the north and the east arm there are lots of goats i have buddys that have went over there for grizzley and bring back pictures with lots of goats in them im not sure however on the mountains that are open with out haveing to cross the lake i have always wanted to go myself though and maybe one day i could give better advice

Roaring river valley is a no go anymore I think. Im pretty sure they recently pulled out all the bridges.

I've seen lots around Vancouver Bay, don't know about Port Mellon.

I was up there this summer. Still do-able, but pretty grown in up the Roaring.
