Wow! After the "You guys are full of it thread" I'm almost afraid to ask!
I'm off to the Chilcotin for work this weekend (maybe a little road hunting or maybe I carve out some time to get out of the truck - any Brittany Lake area pointers welcome), then climbing into the high country next Tuesday for a week of swamp donkey hunting.
After that I'm spending some time, possibly, at Harmon Lake with a mix of non-hunters. As I recall a lot of that is non-hunting area. Am I right about that or am I on crack?
For anyone who knows that area I'd like to take the truck or quad to some trailhead area where I can walk up higher. Short trip, so any advice on whether to head east or west of the Kane Valley road is appreciated.
