Too early to hunt mule region 3-12?

I was planning on heading up to region 3-12 this weekend for some mule deer, is this too early? Is it cold enough for the bucks to start showing? Might also try for some geese.

Too early? Where do you think the bucks are going to be if they aren't in 3-12? Is there any nearby areas that are higher in elevation than the highest points in 3-12? Not sure what you're really asking. There's bucks in that area year round. Very soon the deer at the highest elevations will migrate down. Best plan is to get out there and have a look.

Any buck opened yesterday. Had they been open on the weekend we'd have had 2 in the cooler. This is the best time to go, you can be as choosy or not as you like.

Certainly not too early. If you are referring to the November rut then ya, your too early haha! But as far as shooting a bucks goes? They are there man. Get out there and shoot one! Good luck

there are NO deer in that region.
