Just got off the phone with my young brother from Logan Lake....he's a logging contractor, and he had to put chains on his loaded down 4x4 pickup to get around while up high above the Logan Lake area. There was 6" on the ground with more coming down as he headed home this afternoon. They haven't even received the heavy precipitation that's hitting us right now.

why are more threads not merged?
a thread titled "snow" was made a day ago, and a whole new one, "snowing" is needed a day later?
it's unavoidable lots of the time, but why aren't related threads merged eventually?
do we really need two pages of separate threads on tunkwa lake area?
i'm sure the page#content would be greatly reduced, and it would make it vastly easier for people looking up certain areas, etc.

Is he on east Forge? They've been up there for the summer and up higher last few weeks.

Last few days they started on south Fehr or maybe another company.

Kamloops sits at 1120 foot level @ the river banks.
It needs to hit 4 degreez celcy puss, by my place in Kammy to get snow up Chuwells Mtn @ just under 6000 feet.
Just under 6000 feet top of Chuwells Mtn and Greenstone is approx 5555 feet?
It won't hit 4 here til a week to ten daze. imho,

Just today came out the new road from Coalmont to Britton creek. Nice road, snow started at 5000' and was near 4" at 5300' The snow was horizontal till I got below it, then the rain took it's place :(

That's great news Seeleco, thanks for sharing. I am going to be up high above coalmont next week, hope the snow stays. Hey, how long did it take to travel the Britton Crk road? I was thinking it would be a nice way into coalmont.

just looked at the radar and it shows it was a swath of snow up through tulameen/Princeton and across the coq connector.
