Moose in 5-12B?

Does anyone have any advice for a lucky LEH moose draw winner in 5-12B?

This is not for me; a non-Internet using hunter I know said he got a draw there and was asking advice.

I've been in 5-12A and found moose scarce but fair deer hunting and awesome trout fishing there.

Don't have a clue about 5-12B.

When is his draw? I ended up with one on first half of october in that region.
