When can a guy start applying for LEHs?

The LEH for sheep in the Spatsizi is out right now, they are trying a new technique to try to raise more interest in this hunt. They should do all Northern LEH sheep hunts this way. Then it would give you some time to get ready. The regular LEH is out in May sometime.
