I'm looking to get a whitetail this year and have the first week of October to do so. I have shot them before in 70mile house .but they are hard to find there.i was going to try vale mount as my friend had success there last year but I've been told to go to the rock creek area.not sure where to go any info would be appreciated.

There are WT's around 70 Mile. Figure out the habitat they live in and get out there and look around. Sure there are WT's in all kinds of places around the province but why travel several hours to blindly hunt a spot you don't know? Get those spots dialed close to home and you'll be successful every year. Start by looking in areas of regen and places that are thick and nasty. WT's are not like MD - don't expect to hunt them successfully from the vehicle.
