I had a buddy come from saskatchewan and a fellow hbc member meet me in zone x for a week of hunting elk. This year was unsucessful for elk there. The bulls werent calling much and the mornings were very warm. My buddy from saskatchewan called in a cow elk into 12 yards and an hour later had an elk come in and walk pas him at 3 yards. He never shot cause they were over 1500 meters. I did get a 3x3 whitetail on the last day hunting too. We had a blast.
